DJI Care Refresh can be activated within 30 days of the device's activation (initial setup). You also have the option to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, for a total of up to 3 years). Furthermore, the official manufacturer's warranty remains valid throughout the service period. The cost of the second replacement is 1279 PLN. While the cost of the third replacement is 1399 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 4499 PLN*. *For those reporting directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount is subject to change depending on the current exchange rate.   How to activate DJI Care Refresh 1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.2. During the activation process you will need to enter the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (this can be found directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, email address).3. The Care Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of the activation of DJI Care Refresh by email. Your drone is now safe! It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to your product after 48 hours of activation. When you choose the second option, you only need to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive your replaced device as a priority, and if you are in the same region where you purchased DJI Care Refresh service, shipping will be paid for by the manufacturer!   1. The user reports the fault and sends the drone to DJI's German service centre with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or by DJI Care Refresh.3. Service protection with DJI Care Refresh DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your device that will provide you, for a small additional fee, four replacements of damaged equipment over a two-year period. It covers damage caused by collisions or product contact with water, among other things. Damaged hardware will then be replaced with new or equivalent new hardware. DJI Care Refresh can be activated one time up to 30 days after activation (first launch) of the device. It is also possible to extend the protection for another year (3 years in total) - just purchase an additional annual plan.
